The State Council published “notice on implementing policies about business environment consummation”

On 8^th November, 2018, general office of the State Council released implementing policies about business environment consummation and stated:

Mitigate actually manufacturing and operation costs, over 10% types of product of CCC should be eliminated by the end of 2018, or transfer to self-declaration;
Increase the number of certification authority, and fees will be reduced in a more extensive way, especially in logistics, certification, inspection and testing;
Decrease market access limits to social capital;
Develop fundamental law for overseas capital, completely cancel access limits to overseas capital uncovered by “negative list” and review “overseas investment directive catalogue” by March, 2019
Speed up the setup of IPR system, develop working plan on “internet plus”
