China has notified the WTO of its Draft for Approval of the Administrative Measures for Mandatory National Standards.
Attached please find an article-by-article comparison done by the SESEC Project between a previous version for comments released in October 2018 and this current draft for approval submitted to the WTO. Differences are highlighted. You can also find the SESEC general analysis below for reference.
You are invited to send your comments on the Draft for Approval by close of Friday 14 June 2019 to luna.zhao@sesec.eu so that the SESEC team have enough time to translate your comments into Chinese before passing them on to SAC ahead of the WTO deadline for comments.
