On July 5, 2019, the National People’s Congress (NPC) issued a public consultation on the Cryptography Law of China (Draft). SESEC has made a comparison on some key articles between the new Cryptography Law of China (Draft for comments) and the Regulation on the Administration of Commercial Cryptography Codes.
