On 21 May 2019, CAC, together with SAMR, NDRC, MIIT, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of State Security, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Finance, the People’s Bank of China, the State Administration of Radio and Television, the National Administration of State Secrets Protection and the State Cryptography Administration, jointly issued a call for comments on the ” measures for cybersecurity review (Draft for comments)”. The deadline is June 18, 2019.
