SAC issued the first batch of recommended national standards plans for 2019. This batch of plans totals 507 items, of which 294 items are formulated, 213 items are revised, 506 items are recommended standards, and 1 item is guided technical document.

The plan covers petrochemical industry, pharmaceuticals, food processing, building materials, electronics, agriculture, meteorology and automobile. It also refers the formulation and revision of AI, network security, smart home, smart security and other standards such as:

  • Discharge Specification for Recycling and Utilization of Vehicle Power Batteries
  • Technical Requirements for Information Security of Electric Vehicle Remote Service and Management System
  • Standard for Safety Assessment of Urban Rail Transit Operation Part 1: Subway General Structural Specification for Safety Big Data Systems
  • Guidelines for Acceptance of Quality Evaluation Result of Cross-border Electronic Commerce
  • Guidelines for Traceability Information Sharing of Cross-border Electronic Commerce Products
  • Air Purifier and Technical Specification for Centralized Charging Facilities of Electric Bicycles

In the meantime, three national standards of integration of informatization and industrialization, the Guide to Value and Benefit of the Integrated Management System of Informatization and Industrialization, the New Capacity Evaluation System and Method of Enterprises in the Integrated Management System of Informatization and Industrialization, and the Ecosystem Model of Informatization and Industrialization, have been officially approved. The series of standards for the management system of integration of two modernizations is the first management system standard developed independently, applied widely and successfully popularized internationally in China. It is managed by the National Technical Committee for the Management Standards of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization (SAC/TC573), which has officially issued five national standards and one international standard.
